- Customer photos are used only to review the order, prepare the digital preview, create the purchased product, communicate with the customer, provide customer support, and maintain necessary order/legal records.
- Customer photos will not be used for marketing, social media, advertising, portfolio examples, public display, or resale without explicit written permission.
- Customers should only upload photos they own or have permission to use.
Quality Guidelines
- Low-quality, blurry, dark, cropped, or obstructed photos may affect engraving quality.
- James may contact the customer if a better photo is needed to ensure the best possible result for your keepsake.
